Our true nature is one of clarity, connection & balance. The body is always seeking homeostasis. When we can listen deeply we understand what is needed for healing. Energetic healing modalities are an incredible way to get to the point of being able to deeply listen to ourselves and what we need.

We are a couple dedicated to using holistic healing modalities to help align people with their own internal healing abilities. Enhancement of the mind-body connection, equilibrium, and clearing our blocks are very important for the body to feel balanced and healthy. 

Cynthia and Chris Spencer are the founders of Evolution Wellness.  We are committed to helping you reach your optimum health through Reiki, Folk Herbalism, Homeopathy, sound healing, essential oils and using non-toxic products in the home. When we create harmony and balance in life then we can be fully present in each moment and enjoy life to the fullest.

We offer the following services:  Reiki sessions, herbal consultations, personal consults for essential oil & a toxin-free home, basic training on using Homeopathy as well as sound sessions.

We also offer group sound meditations, workshops, events and classes. Cynthia & Chris are also available to lead meditations, reiki and sound meditation circles at your event.
